  "text": "If any tutor or curator shall fail to file any account of the moneys received by him from the veterans administration on account of his ward within thirty days after such account is required by either the court or the veterans administration, or shall fail to furnish the veterans administration a copy of his accounts as required by this Part, such failure shall be grounds for removal.",
