  "text": "No vacancy in the office of an elected official shall be deemed to have occurred by reason of his absence when the official is called to service in the uniformed services as defined by R.S. 29:403(6). No change in the residence of an elected official is deemed to have occurred by reason of his service in the uniformed services.",
