  "text": "The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to, and the commission shall not have jurisdiction over, the following:\n\n(1) Cold storage facilities.\n\n(2) Facilities which store only commodities which are imported from outside the boundaries of the continental United States.\n\n(3) Repealed by Acts 1997, No. 1034, §2.",
