  "text": "When lands are acquired or leased under R.S. 3:4361 the commission may:\n\n(1) Make expenditures from any funds not otherwise obligated, for the management, development, and utilization of such areas;\n\n(2) Sell or otherwise dispose of products from such lands; and\n\n(3) Make rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this Part.",
