R.S. 3:747

Criminal penalties ACTIVE

Whoever violates the provisions of R.S. 3:744, R.S. 3:745, or R.S. 3:746 shall be fined not more than five thousand dollars, or imprisoned with or without hard labor, for not more than ten years, or both.
