  "text": "A. Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter, or any regulation issued thereunder, shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and be fined not more than one thousand dollars per day of violation or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.\n\nB. Any person who willfully violates any provision of this Chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a felony and be fined not less than five thousand dollars nor more than ten thousand dollars per day of violation, or be imprisoned with or without hard labor for not less than five years nor more than ten years, or both.",
