  "text": "In any parish where there exist separate parish and municipal planning commissions, every municipal planning commission shall consult and co-operate with the parish planning commission for the purpose of guiding and accomplishing a co-ordinated, adjusted, and harmonious development of the parish, of zoning districts and of public improvements and utilities and of subdivisions which do not begin and terminate within the boundaries of any single municipality.",
