  "text": "The parish treasurer shall make a detailed report at every regular meeting of the police jury and at other times directed by the police jury, of all money received and disbursed, of all the debts due to and from the parish, and of all other proceedings in his office, so that the receipts into the treasury and the accounts of disbursements, together with the debts due to and from the parish, may clearly and distinctly appear.",
