  "text": "The chief fire engineer may use both the day and night forces for inspection work on their offshift, once each month, assigning to each of the men certain territory to inspect. The chief engineer may also call any fire company, when going off duty, to the central fire station for fire drill. However, no one company shall be called for drill more than twice in any month.\n\nThis Section does not apply to a fire department in a municipality having one hundred thousand inhabitants or more.",
