# Administration of fund

The fund shall be controlled, managed, and administered exclusively by The Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Disability and Relief Fund, hereinafter referred to as "the board".

A board created under Act 303 of 1940 1 and existing on the effective date of these Revised Statutes is continued in effect, subject to the provisions of R.S. 33:2021 through 33:2042.
