  "text": "Those entitled to vote at elections held under the provisions of this Sub-part shall be qualified electors under the laws of Louisiana.\n\nThe registrar of voters shall furnish to the election commissioners appointed to hold the election a list of electors entitled to vote.\n\nThis list shall be subject to correction in all respects in case of mistake or error.",
