R.S. 33:4526

Construction of Subpart; surrender of powers ACTIVE

Nothing contained in this Subpart shall be construed as surrendering to the office of conservation of the Department of Conservation and Energy any of the powers of supervision, regulation, or control over any local public utility by any town or city, other than those specifically provided in this Subpart.
