  "text": "No pilot shall solicit from the master, officers, crew or passengers of any vessel piloted by him, business or employment of any kind or nature whatsoever, for himself or for any other person. If upon inquiry it appears that any pilot has violated the provisions of this Section, the governor shall revoke or suspend the commission of the pilot.",
