  "text": "As used in this Part, the following terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in this Section, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:\n\n(1) \"Board of commissioners\" or \"board of examiners\" means the Board of River Port Pilot Commissioners and Examiners, established in R.S. 34:1072.\n\n(2) \"Pilot\" means a River Port Pilot as designated in R.S. 34:1073.",
