  "text": "For the purposes of this Part, the terms used herein shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:\n\n(1) \"Board\" means the Board of Louisiana River Pilot Review and Oversight.\n\n(2) \"Board of Commissioners or Examiners\" means those boards and commissions as defined or provided for in R.S. 34:941, 991, 1041, and 1072.\n\n(3) \"Pilot\" means those pilots as designated in R.S. 34:941, 992, 1041, and 1071.",
