  "text": "For the purpose of acquiring lands for the uses of the said district and to provide funds for the making and construction of the public works, facilities and improvements outlined in this Chapter, the St. Bernard Port, Harbor and Terminal District is authorized to issue revenue bonds in the manner and subject to the terms and conditions of Sub-Part C, Part I, Chapter 10, Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, as well as mortgage revenue bonds in the manner and subject to the terms and conditions of Sub-Part B, Part I, Chapter 10, Title 33.",
