  "text": "The number of access sites which shall be constructed shall be determined by the size of the lake as follows:\n\n(1) For lakes of less than two thousand, five hundred acres, at least one access site;\n\n(2) For lakes of from two thousand, five hundred to five thousand acres, at least two access sites; and\n\n(3) For lakes of over five thousand acres, at least two access sites for the first five thousand acres and one access site for each additional ten thousand acres.",
