  "text": "A panelist shall not discuss with other members of a public accountant review panel on which he serves, or a representative or attorney for any interested party, a claim that is to be reviewed by the panel until all evidence to be considered by the panel has been submitted. A panelist or a representative or attorney for any interested party shall not discuss the pending claim with the claimant or his attorney asserting the claim or with a certified public accountant or firm or his attorney against whom a claim has been asserted under this Part.",
