  "text": "In the event the board denies a license to an applicant due to reasons other than age, citizenship, failure to pass the state licensing examination, or absence of a doctor of veterinary medicine degree from an accredited school of veterinary medicine, the board may prescribe a method by which the applicant is given an opportunity to successfully remedy the deficiency unless otherwise prohibited by law or in conflict with any other statutes or regulations.",
