  "text": "If a member of any profession, after he enlists in the armed forces of the United States, continues to practice his profession in this state for profit or gain in any way except in fulfillment of his duties in the armed forces, the remission of his annual or renewal fee provided for by this Part shall not apply in his favor unless he ceases to practice his profession.",
