  "text": "A. If an applicant meets the requirements of this Chapter, the board shall issue the applicant a license to practice physical therapy.\n\nB. Each licensee is responsible for reporting a name change and changes in business and home address, telephone numbers, and e-mail address to the board within thirty days of such change.",
