  "text": "No person may:\n\n(1) Sell, barter or offer to sell or barter a license or certificate.\n\n(2) Purchase or procure by barter a license or certificate with intent to use it as evidence of the holder's qualification to the fitting and selling of hearing aids.\n\n(3) Alter materially a license or certificate with fraudulent intent.\n\n(4) Use or attempt to use as a valid license or a certificate, one which has been purchased, fraudulently obtained, counterfeited or materially altered.\n\n(5) Willfully make a false, material statement in an application for registration or for renewal of a license or certificate.",
