  "text": "A. The board shall approve all training programs.\n\nB. All training required by this Chapter shall be administered by a licensee who:\n\n(1) Is approved by the board.\n\n(2) Meets the qualifications of an applicant required by R.S. 37:3507.\n\n(3) Has a minimum of three years supervisory experience with a contract investigator company or proprietary investigator organization.",
