  "text": "An inspector may issue a citation and collect a fine of twenty-five dollars per violation of any provision of this Chapter, up to a maximum of three hundred dollars per week, from any person, school, or facility, provided that the registrant waives his rights to a hearing in writing. Each day a violation exists shall be considered a separate violation.",
