  "text": "The board is authorized to adopt rules in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act to impose and collect fees which shall not exceed the following:\n\n(1)\n\nInitial crematory retort operator license\n\n$\n\n250.00\n\n(2)\n\nAnnual renewal of crematory retort\n\noperator license\n\n$\n\n80.00\n\n(3)\n\nInitial crematory authority license\n\n$\n\n1,000.00\n\n(4)\n\nAnnual renewal of crematory authority license\n\n$\n\n700.00\n\n(5)\n\nInspection or reinspection for initial,\n\nlocation, or ownership change of\n\ncrematory authority license\n\n$\n\n500.00",
