  "text": "The question submitted to the voters at special elections held under the provisions of this Part and the ballot to be used at the elections, when refunding bonds are not to be issued, or acreage taxes or forced contributions are not to be levied for the payment thereof, shall be in substantially the following form:\n\n\"Shall ................. (name of subdivision) impose, levy\n\nand collect annually for the term of ...... years, beginning\n\nwith the year 19..., an acreage tax or forced contribution\n\nof ...... cents per acre per year on each and every acre of\n\nland in said ................
