  "text": "After the time within which the validity of the bonds may be contested has elapsed, that is, sixty days from the date of promulgation of the resolution issuing the bonds and pledging and dedicating the avails or residue of the general alimony tax, bonds issued by any subdivision hereunder shall be registered by the Secretary of State without charge and shall have endorsed thereon the words:\n\n\"Incontestable.
