  "text": "For the purposes of this Chapter:\n\n(1) \"Licensing agency\" shall mean any agency transferred as provided in R.S. 36:803.\n\n(2) \"Committee\" shall mean the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.",
