R.S. 39:1968

Noncompliance with Chapter by division ACTIVE

Any person aggrieved by any act or inaction of the division may seek judicial relief by a writ of mandamus or by injunction, to require compliance with the provisions of R.S. 39:1953(B) and R.S. 39:1955.
