  "text": "Any person who is ordered by the commission to be excluded or ejected from race tracks, race meetings, races, and licensed establishments properly is guilty of a misdemeanor if he thereafter enters such premises, and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.",
