Certified copies; issuance ACTIVE

A certified copy of a vital record in the custody of the vital records registry shall be issued in accordance with other provisions of law governing disclosure of records under this Title and regulations duly promulgated in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. Acts 1979, No. 776, §1. Amended by Acts 1986, No. 876, §1; Acts 2024, No. 257, §1, eff. May 24, 2024.
