  "text": "A local housing authority may:\n\n(1) Develop, acquire, own, lease, and operate properties and facilities that are non-residential in character, which are used for office, administrative, management, maintenance, commercial, or educational purposes, for providing services, or for carrying out any other purpose authorized under this Chapter.\n\n(2) Acquire, own, lease, and operate properties and facilities that are both residential and non-residential in character.",
