  "text": "Any applicant or recipient of assistance from a housing authority may examine his or her individual file or files at reasonable times and intervals. However, a local housing authority shall have no obligation to disclose to any resident or recipient of assistance any information pertaining to any investigation or confidential law enforcement activity relating to possible criminal misconduct on the part of such person.",
