  "text": "If the holder of a certificate is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be in noncompliance with the requirements of this Chapter, the court shall order the holder of the certificate, within a specified reasonable period of time, to cure the noncompliance. If the holder fails to cure in accordance with the court's order, the court may remedy such noncompliance.",
