  "text": "As used in this Chapter and unless the context clearly requires otherwise:\n\n(1) \"Department\" means the Louisiana Department of Health.\n\n(2) \"District\" means the healthcare service district authorized in this Chapter.\n\n(3) \"Governing board\" means the governing board of the healthcare service district.\n\n(4) \"Secretary\" means the secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health.",
