  "text": "A devolutive appeal shall lie from expropriation suits tried pursuant to this Part without any additional deposit by the plaintiff, and no appeal from any expropriation suit brought under the provisions of this Part shall operate to prevent or delay the vesting of title in the plaintiff.",
