  "text": "No contract for physical fitness services may:\n\n(1) Have a duration of longer than thirty-six months or be measured by the life of the buyer or the life of the center.\n\n(2) Waive the required provisions of this Chapter.\n\n(3) Provide that a right of action or defense of the member shall be terminated by assignment of the contract to a third person.",
