  "text": "A. Any sponsor that violates any provision of this Chapter shall be assessed a civil penalty of five thousand dollars for the first violation and ten thousand dollars for a second or subsequent violation.\n\nB. Any violation of this Chapter by a sponsor shall constitute an unfair practice under R.S. 51:1405(A).",
