  "text": "The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to acts done by the owner, agent, or employee of a radio or television station when the owner, agent, or employee did not have actual knowledge of the false, misleading, or deceptive characters of the advertisement, did not prepare the advertisement, and did not have any direct financial interest in the sale or distribution of the advertised product or service.",
