  "text": "Except insofar as the provisions of this Subpart are in conflict therewith, the provisions of Subpart A, of Part VI of Chapter 1 of Title 51 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to trademarks, service marks and trade names in general, shall be applicable to this Subpart.",
