# Purpose and construction of R.S. 53:151

The powers conferred by R.S. 53:151 shall be in addition and supplemental to the powers conferred by any other law, and shall not be subject to any limitation there contained. The limitations of R.S. 53:151 shall not affect the powers conferred by any other law.
