Capacity to sue and be sued ACTIVE

Pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 36:201, the office of state parks may sue and be sued, under the style "State of Louisiana, Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, Office of State Parks, through the Secretary of said department."
