  "text": "The name, license number, state boat registration number, or federal documentation number of each vessel, boat, or dredging apparatus engaged in the harvesting of oysters shall be displayed on the roof of the cabin or on any other place which is easily visible from the air, at all times. The letters shall be at least eight inches in height and of an appropriate width.",
