  "text": "Each licensee shall file an annual report with the commissioner by March thirty-first for the previous year of money transmission or check-selling operations. The report shall contain:\n\n(1) A complete disclosure of all business activity which it conducted during the previous year in this state.\n\n(2) A financial statement certified by an owner, principal, director, or officer of the licensee.\n\n(3) A list of each location in this state at which money was transmitted or checks were sold by the licensee and its agents during the preceding calendar year.",
