  "text": "A. Savings banks shall be organized and incorporated in the same manner as state banks under the provisions of Chapter 3 of Title 6 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.\n\nB. Not less than five natural persons may organize a savings bank under this Chapter.",
