  "text": "As used in this Chapter, the term \"institution-affiliated party\" means:\n\n(1) A director, officer, employee, agent, or controlling stockholder of a savings bank operating under this Chapter.\n\n(2) A person who has filed or is required to file a change-in-control notice with the commissioner.\n\n(3) A shareholder of, consultant to, joint venture partner of, or an independent contractor, including accountants, appraisers, and attorneys, for a savings bank.\n\n(4) Any other person who participates in a significant way in the affairs of a savings bank under this Chapter.",
