  "text": "Any action affecting a conservation servitude may be brought by any one of the following:\n\n(1) An owner of an interest in the immovable property burdened by the servitude.\n\n(2) A holder of the servitude.\n\n(3) A person having a third party right of enforcement.\n\n(4) A person otherwise authorized by law.",
