  "text": "The proper court, if convinced that adherence to the investments prescribed by the trust instrument would be likely to affect adversely the best interests of a beneficiary to a serious extent, having due regard for the purposes of the trust, may upon application by a trustee or a beneficiary permit or direct the trustee to invest in securities not prescribed by the trust instrument, but a trustee is under no duty to make such an application to the court.",
