  "text": "A trustee shall not be liable to a beneficiary for a breach of trust committed by a predecessor trustee, unless he:\n\n(1) Knows or should know of a situation constituting a breach of trust committed by his predecessor and improperly permits it to continue; or\n\n(2) Neglects to take proper steps to compel the predecessor to deliver the trust property to him; or\n\n(3) Neglects to take proper steps to redress a breach of trust committed by the predecessor.",
