  "text": "A. Any of the following persons may petition the court to enforce the trust:\n\n(1) A settlor or a universal successor of a settlor.\n\n(2) A trustee.\n\n(3) An institutional beneficiary.\n\n(4) A person appointed in the trust instrument for this purpose.\n\n(5) The attorney general.\n\nB. Enforcement of the trust includes but is not limited to actions to accomplish any of the following:\n\n(1) Compel a trustee to perform his duties, such as the duty to render an annual account.\n\n(2) Enjoin a trustee from committing a breach of trust.\n\n(3) Compel a trustee to redress a breach of trust.\n\n(4) Remove a trustee.",
